ESSIE At the end of dinner there wasn't that many schnitzel left over, sadly. Sol has just discovered how good they were and had demolished them. As she got closer to her 18th birthday, her appetite would only increase more and more, and she really needed to put some weight on, she was still slightly too skinny. Out of the 35 schnitzel left over, (which usually pack members are allowed to take home in doggy bags, but Mrs. Danvers kept them all behind for me), I let Sol have 10 of them. I went into the kitchen and made coleslaw and schnitzel buns with all of them, before putting 16 of them on one tray and the other 9 on a smaller one.
