Narrator’s POV
Karina clenched her teeth in bitterness when she heard Anastasia's announcement while eating with Beta James. She stormed inside her room, slamming the door shut with all her might.
“Asshole…” Karina muttered as she clenched her fists. Beta James was planning a mating ceremony, and she couldn't accept the idea that she was too late for him. “Does Anastasia is telling us the truth?” Karina asked herself.
Karina was worried she'd lose her mind as a result of the shocking information she'd heard. She stomped her feet as if she was a young child. Beta James couldn't possibly neglect her. Was Beta James seeking vengeance on her?
Karina may have mistreated him, but it doesn't give Beta James the right to be mated with another lady! He was exclusively available for her!
