Anastasia's POV
It was so dark when I checked my surroundings. I hoped I could see Joseph because I had searched for him several times. I groaned when I felt that something in my heart was aching, I touched my chest, and I felt electricity coming inside my body. It was so painful that I was hoping that it would stop.
“Joseph!” I screamed to ask for Joseph's help, but the electricity was more substantial, which made my body float in the air, and I felt that my soul was swallowed.
I gasped when I opened my eyes; I saw some men surrounding me. I blinked, and I was panting because it was painful to breathe. What was happening? Where am I?
“Anastasia? Did you hear me?” A man asked me, but my vision slowly got blurry, which made me close my eyes and lose consciousness.
