I caught her scent straight away. Even with my human senses it was like I was tuned in to notice her straight away.
I couldn’t help it, I followed after her quietly. Keeping my distance. The last thing I needed was her turning around and spotting me. She would think I was some kind of weird stalker guy. Which was actually pretty close to the mark when I came to think about it.
