Eleina was working twice as much compared to the period pre-Craig. Between the work delegated by Alex and scanning files every day, she was ending up dead tired by the end of her working day. Alex was very understanding and gave her reasonable deadlines, but her new colleagues never helped her. If something, they always devised plans to slow down her productivity. Like one morning when they changed the photocopier’s password without informing her. She had to ask everyone, including Geoff, which took a valuable hour of her time.
She knocked on his door and waited for him to call her in.
“ Good morning Mr. Blackey. Someone changed the machine’s password. Do you know it?”
“ Come in, Ms. Vella, take a seat. Hmmm, the new password. Let me check that for you.”
