5. Realisation
The following day, Craig planned on delegating a couple more reports to Eleina. He was impressed with the report handed and couldn’t deny her remarkable work.
It’s about time we get to know her a little more. She’s always on my mind. It’s best if we get it over with as soon as possible. This situation is wearing me out!
“ Where’s Eleina? Doesn’t she still serve you coffee every morning?”
“ Shoot! I forgot to tell you,” Alex replied startled, hitting his forehead with the palm of his hand. “She’s working from home today. I approved as her son was sick last night.”
“ Did she call you? Why didn’t she speak to me? I delegated work to her, and now what? Do I need to find someone else for the day?”
“ Come in, Craig, and close the door. We seriously need to talk.”
