I can’t believe that I married a vicious girl and that she is someone who was chosen by the moon goddess for me. I am still not sure why grandfather hates the mere words like fated mate. Is there some sort of story that he has still not told us? Well, initially, I never cared about such a thing, as I believed that no woman could enter my dark world, but Athena... she is different on so many levels that it’s hard for anyone to not one like her.
Most men might find it repulsive that their mate is a bloodthirsty woman, but on the contrary, I am happy that she is not some naive, innocent and pitiful girl or I might have crushed her like some flower. Instead of some weak girl... someone like her suits me more. Athena Connor... no, now, she is Athena Wyatt, my wife and mate.
