“So, my beautiful mate is finally here to see me, huh?” Kris asked me while he was having another girl wrapped in his arms.
That girl looked at me from head to toe and I could sense her mocking gaze.
“So, she is your mate, Kris. I can’t believe that someone like her was marked by you. Do you seriously want to introduce her as the Luna of the Midnight pack?” The blonde girl whispered those words in Kris’s ear while he pulled her closer to him by grabbing her waist.
My wolf was whining inside my head, but there was nothing that I could do other than bear this humiliation and pain. My vision got blurred by my tears, but I tried my best not to look affected by all of this as I knew that Kris knew about doing this just because he wanted to hurt me.
