~ Athena’s POV ~
This man is mine. Never in my life I wanted anything for myself. I did everything for others’ sake. I sacrificed my happiness for others... I never fought for the things that belonged to me. I never tried to raise my voice for my basic rights... all I did was accept my fate silently as I believed that this is what the moon goddess had decided for me, but not anymore.
I am going to make myself so strong that nobody will be able to take what should be mine. Hayden is not an object for me, but he is rather my need. His presence provides me tranquillity and his touch calms me down. Before parting away from him, I kissed him one more time while I gently bit his lower lips.
Suddenly, I heard an annoying voice, “Why are you here? Don’t tell me that even Kris threw you out?”
