“You deserve all the worst things”, I muttered to myself while I looked straight into the woman's eyes who was supposed to be my mother. I tried my best to win over her. I was best in my academics, I was the strongest in the pack since a young age, I did everything to receive that so-called motherly love which everyone preaches about, but I was wrong... I was wrong in believing such stupid things. There is no way that this woman could feel anything for me.
They call me heartless, ruthless and all the other things, but the one who gave me all those traits is this woman. She didn’t even look into my eyes and here I thought about her sleep. I shouldn’t have gotten worried about her.
