NOAH'S MISTAKE

Duncan asked me out and we did go out but at the end of the night we both said: "nope so not happening."  I guess in many ways I went out with several guys but I never felt a spark with any of them.  Noah had gone back to school and hated the fact that the guys would post on i********: that I had gone out with them. Every time some guy posted they we had gone out Noah would call me and we would talk about my date.  I hated doing it because I didn't want to hurt him but he said he wanted to let me know that even though he didn't like it he understood why I was doing it and that it also served as a reminder he was still there.  After every call, he always told me he loved me.

I was out with Rachel at the mall buying a dress for Prom I had decided to let Noah take me.  When I bumped into this guy literally.  I looked up at him and boy was he cute.  Nowhere near as hot as Noah but cute none the less.  He actually had caught me with his hand around my waist to prevent me from falling.  Just my luck Warren was there and he snapped a pic and of course, put it up on i********:.  Just as this guy was steadying me Lee walked up and said: "so, who is this twin and why where his hands on your waist."  I turn to Lee "I don't know and because I bumped into him and he caught me so I wouldn't fall.  How did you know?"  "Oh, the big asshat put it up."  "Damn that Warren.  I don't know why  he thinks he has any chance I would sooner enter a convent then ever go out with that perv."  The guy chuckles and says "I like your spunk.  Hi, I am Salvador but you can call me Sal" I smile "Hi I am Rochelle but please call me Elle."  "How would you like to grab a bite to eat in the food court?"  "uhm, Lee are we leaving yet."  "Nope, I want food you two need to feed me after making me come while you bought those stupid dresses."  I turn to Sal "Well, if you don't mind eating with my friends sure."  He smiles "Well since we don't know each other might be a good idea."  We all sat around and talked and of course, Lee explained our twiness to him and he thought it was cool.  He told us he wished he had a friendship just like mine and Lee's.  Rachel made it a point to stress to Sal that if he wanted any chance with me he had to accept Lee because if either of us was ever forced to choose we would not let go of each other.  We all made plans to meet up at the arcade later and continue our conversation because he had to get home to study.  

Later at the arcade, Lee and I were in the middle of our bestie dance when I heard Sal come up and say hi and I ignored him.  Then I heard "uhm, is she upset."  Then I hear Rachel "Oh, no that is their bestie dance.  They don't acknowledge anyone when they are in the middle of it."  After we finished  I yelled "hell yeah we finally did it twin"  "yep, only our names are on the leaderboard."  We had just finished our victory dance when I noticed Sal there.  "oh, Hi sorry I didn't say hi earlier we were in the middle of trying to wipe the leaderboard of everyone but us."  "That is all right can I try."  Lee growls and I smack him "As long as it is not the Be Together song that is mine and Lee's"  "oh, never mind I don't want to come between you two."  We walked over to a booth and both Lee and Sal went to get our food.  Rachel leans over and says "he's cute."  "Yeah, I know but I need to tell him about Noah."  "why?"  "come on Rachel he needs to know that Noah is in the picture and that even though right now I am dating Noah is a big part of my life.  I still love him, Rach.  I just don't trust him not to decide what is best for us."  "Well, you do have a point.  Especially since he keeps telling Lee that he is planning something big to win you back."  "Yeah, I know he has been saying that for a while I have no idea what he is up to."  "So, we are still doing the kissing booth this year right."  "Well hell yeah, we made more than all the other booths combined."  "you participating?"  "I am thinking about it.  I mean I don't have a boyfriend anymore and it is not like I have never been kissed."  All of a sudden I hear "what do you mean not like you never been kissed."  At that statement, I blush red.  So, of course, Lee explains about last years kissing booth and I blush even more especially since he brought up Noah.  At that point, I turn to Sal and tell him "Look I need to be honest with you.  You are nice and if you see this going as something more than friends you need to know my Ex Noah who also happens to be Lee's brother as you know is trying to get me back.  He made a mistake by listening to his friends at school and broke up with me so I can enjoy my senior year and now he wants me back.  I am letting him have a chance but I am dating."  He just smiles "Well no one ever said a Yalley ever backs down."  I gulp "You go to Yale."  "yep"  "uh oh this is bad."  Lee is laughing "She is going to Harvard in the fall where my brother goes."  Sal looks at me smiles "Well this just got interesting."
