Dakota He watched as Mahkah came running from the wall. He heard him dash up the steps of the main house, climb to the top floor, and knock loudly on the door. Dakota experienced the whole thing from their bedroom. He reluctantly got up from his position at the window and went to see what the excitement was all about. Mahkah, out of breath, just stared at him for a moment.
