pigeon and rabbit story 🐦🐰🌿✨
The Pigeon and the Rabbit Part-1 Once upon a time, in a green meadow surrounded by tall whispering trees, lived a gentle rabbit named Rani. She loved to hop from patch to patch, nibbling sweet clovers and watching the world with her bright eyes. Rani was quick and clever, but sometimes she felt lonely, for most of her days were spent exploring the meadow all by herself. One spring morning, as the sky turned golden with the rising sun, Rani heard the sound of wings above her. She looked up and saw a pigeon gliding gracefully, his feathers shining silver in the sunlight. His name was Piku, and he was searching for a safe place to rest after a long journey. Piku landed near the big oak tree where Rani was eating breakfast. Startled, Rani hopped back. “Who are you?” she asked. “I’m Piku,” said the pigeon kindly, bowing his head. “I’ve flown many miles, but the wind grew strong, and I needed a place to rest. Do you mind if I stay here for a while?” Rani twitched her nose thoughtfully. “You may stay,” she said, “but this meadow is quiet. I don’t often have visitors. If you stay too long, you’ll have to tell me stories of the skies.” Piku smiled. “And you can tell me stories of the earth, for I know little of the world that hides beneath the grass.” From that day on, Rani and Piku became companions. They shared food—clover and sunflower seeds—and exchanged tales. Rani told Piku about the secret tunnels under the ground, and Piku told Rani about the cities beyond the horizon, where people and animals lived together. One afternoon, while exploring together, they heard a rustle near the bushes. A sly fox was lurking, his eyes sharp and hungry. “Stay still,” whispered Rani. “If we move, he’ll see us.” But the fox had already spotted them. He leapt forward with a growl. Rani darted into the tall grass, and Piku spread his wings, flying in circles to distract the predator. Together, they confused the fox—Rani zig-zagging across the meadow, Piku swooping low to peck at the fox’s ears. Frustrated and tired, the fox finally gave up and slunk away. Breathless, Rani and Piku met under the oak tree again. “You saved me,” said Rani. “No,” replied Piku, “we saved each other.” From then on, their friendship was sealed. They promised to face every challenge side by side: one with wings, one with swift legs. And so began the adventures of the Pigeon and the Rabbit—a bond of trust, courage, and laughter that would carry them through many journeys yet to come. To be continued…🌿🐦🐇
