Eddie stood at the door just staring and I could see the hurt on his face, then came the anger.
“I can’t believe..” he didn’t finish just turned to leave.
“Eddie wait!” I grabbed my dress quickly putting it on to go after Eddie.
“You’re really going to follow him Jj?” Ryan said from the bed as he also dressed.
“Yes, he needs me.” I said.
Standing up ryan said, “I need you.”
I didn’t mean to snap but I did anyway, “well I can’t chase after both of you!”
Ryan walked over, “then choose me!”
All I could do was shake my head, then I turned and left, out the door and in the direction of the stairs.
Eddie was ahead of me and going towards the door, making his way through crowds of people not stopping for anything and honestly who could blame him.
