I nodded my head but still felt guilty as my eyes closed and I drifted off to sleep in his arms. When I opened my eyes my emotions were still trying to get the better of me. We were back on the cliffs that looked out over the sea.
The sky was black and the air was thick with electricity and I could hear thunder rumbling in the distance. Lighting cracked across the sky and illuminated the shadows around me.
