Opening my eyes took me few minutes as I became oriented with my surroundings. The first thing I noticed was was the feeling of someone’s breath on the back of my neck. Then, I felt the strong arms wrapped around me. Finally, I heard a sweet voice whispering sweet nothing into my ear in attempt to wake me from my slumber. I turned my head and saw Brain’s smiling face staring back at me.
“Hey you.” He said, leaning down and placing a gentle kiss on my forehead. I smiled and he took that as enough of a greeting for now and nuzzled his face into my neck. “I missed you.”He said so softly that it was almost a whisper.
