An Assassin's Revenge

Railgard walked up to the podium with a sort of smile to him. His family cheering him on as the clan elders walked towards him with a pair of jagged daggers. It was his initiation to the assassin world and everyone knew he would be something great in th world of killing. Out of nowhere though, a bright light shine in the sky. It was off putting and unsettling. In a split second, Railgard's dad came at him with full speed and carried him off. Straight to their house the two went in a speed comparable to sound itself and Railgard felt himself being thrown and he found out he was thrown onto their basement and the door locked. He banged on it but there was no response. Then, like a hurricane, a loud explosion was heard ; followed by an earthquake. this lasted for a minute non stop. When it stopped, the door flew open on its own and Railgard saw the m******e of his entire clan to a bomb. On the village was a crater the shape of a skull with a red like grimace of wolf teeth. This was what broke him and instead of crying out for his lost family, he stood strong and glared off at the distance saying 'Just you wait demon, I'll kill you no matter what it takes'.
