After scolding her ex-girlfriend, Christina, Rose felt a burden lifted from her chest, and she began to think that today would be a good day for her. But the moment she walked into her office, the foreboding lingering in her mind finally settled when she saw Cathy, who arrived with troubling looks visible on her face.
“What’s wrong?”
Rose asked. When Sharon, Amanda, and all of the company executives pass by her office door, Rose’s eyes lock on Sharon. Rose sighed as she realized the reality she had to face at the meeting later.
“I was about to tell you about Sharon, but it seems you knew just from a glance.”
