I am familiar with this house. I know where the food and drinks are and the spare bedding. When Rose took a shower, I had already tidied up the bedroom and ensured no dust on the bedding.
“You can’t open the windows because who knows if the military is watching the surrounding area with their drone. And since there’s no electricity, there’s also no air conditioner. It might be a little uncomfortable tonight, but that’s the best I can do.”
I handed Rose my fan.
“It may not be easy to fall asleep on the first night, but you’ll get used to it. After meeting with Linda and the others, the real challenge begins.”
Rose hummed.
“Who is Linda?”
Rose asked.
“You guys haven’t met yet. You’ll know when the time comes. Anyway, should we sleep together tonight?”
