Sharon’s PoV
I’ve been going through the cycle so many times, and yet why didn’t I remember when the armed police were taking Amanda away? I clicked my tongue in annoyance as Rose and I walked down the stairs.
“How come you didn’t foresee this?”
Rose asked.
“As I said, every cycle has the same main event but different details. But-“
I opened my arm for Rose to fall into as I remembered how she would feel slight pain in her ankle before she slipped down the stairs. Rose seems confused to see me like that before she falls down the stairs. Luckily I manage to catch her.
“At one of the cycles, you died falling off the stairs. It’s always the 11th floor too. Weird, right?”
I let go of Rose before making sure Rose was okay.
