“And then she was like-” She paused. “Oh honey! You’re finally here! Look who came to visit!” The woman stopped her banter when she saw her husband walk into the room.

“Dad, I came to see you both.” Garret said as he smiled for what seemed to be the first time. ‘He seems healthy as well…’ He thought to himself.
“Finally decided to do it huh son? Come on here and give me a hug!” The man was no less cheerful and happy to see his son than his wife was. “You’ve grown taller than me! It’s almost unfair!” The man said as he patted his son’s shoulders.
