''We are calm...'' his mother and father replied to him in unison.
Jude rolled his eyes lightly.
''Are you just saying that to deceive me into showing her to you so that you would go ahead and scream at her as soon as you see her?'' He asked his parents.
''What do you...'' Jude's mother was saying when her husband nudged her to be silent.
''Of course not, son. We will be groomed and civilised. Why would we scream at the mother of your child?'' Mr. Mark Lawson asked.
Jude scoffed, then darted his eyes at his mother.
''Mom...'' he called, looking at her meaningfully, in a bid to know her own stand.
