Jude hurried back to Agnes first, since Becca said that she would be at his house later.
"Is everything okay? You need to have seen the look on your face while you were leaving," Agnes asked as soon as Jude came back home.
Jude threw himself onto the couch tiredly, and glanced at his wristwatch.
"I'm not spending the night here, I came back to tell you that personally, since you expect me to..." Jude was saying, but Agnes interrupted him.
''I said I wanted to leave. Not if you will sleep with me in a house or not. Our marriage is based on contracts, not on love, so I don't expect us to exchange any feelings. Of course, there are no feelings whatsoever, so it's a win-win. Scram!'' Agnes said.
