Selene's POV I opened my eyes and turned to Myles who was seated on my bed, tapping my shoulder. He annoyed me when he did this. He was always doing it. I couldn't get a nap during the day. He gave me a stern glare and asked me to get off my bed. Not this time. I turned away and covered my ears with my pillow, ignoring him. He pulled me off the bed and I found myself on the floor. He was laughing and I gave him an angry stare. Did he think he was so funny? " I am going to the Coopers." " Okay?" I answered trying to connect his words with the reason he forced me to wake up. " You are coming along." He said walking off. I am coming along? He did not even ask. He demanded it. Was it by force? I turned away and thought of the one person that annoyed me about going to the Coopers and a groan left my mouth. I wished I could escape this and I was thinking of a way when he showed up again. " Hurry up Selene. Unless you want to upset Dad." Well, that got me moving. I changed into a pair of jeans and a white tee-shirt. I roughly combed my hair and wore my bracelet. I made sure I left my phone charging. We arrived within minutes and found Jasper standing at the door. He allowed Myles in and looked at me then turned to Myles. He asked me what I was doing there and I wanted to snap at him telling him to ask his friend why he brought me along. I just stared at him and when I saw no future in entering the house, I pushed myself in and he seemed surprised. Served him right. I sat on the settee and watched him as he sat opposite me, directly next to Myles. I looked around for Jake but he was nowhere to be seen. I turned to Myles who was telling Jasper about the latest basketball game. I felt a pair of eyes focus on me and I turned to Jasper. Was he really staring at me? Myles was filling him details with the latest game and he was staring at me? I just smiled as I got a new way to frustrate him again. My aim was to annoy him so much that he would tell Myles never to bring me along again. " Jasper, Myles is talking to you and you are not focusing. What is the last thing he said?" Myles turned to me then Jasper who passed his hand through his hair. All he could say was 'Sorry dude'. I smiled as I read the disappointment on my brother's face and the anger on Jasper's face. I was glad I had accomplished my mission. I enjoyed making him hate me all the more. If that was the only way I would stop going to the Coopers then I would gladly do it. Myles and Jasper were still having a good time together and I decided to leave and take a walk outside. The Coopers had a very large compound and I always enjoyed walking around it. I was thinking about Tanya. She was gone for too long and I was starting to miss her. I wondered if I would be able to cope any longer. I thought of asking Dad to allow me to visit her. I mean, maybe something had happened to her. I was walking around and pondering on that when I felt someone grab me by my waist and I felt my head hit a bare chest. I turned around and my eyes met with his. Jake Cooper. I tried to pull away but his hold on my waist became tighter. " Jake?" I whispered., facing down. " Myles and Jasper cannot come out here. Do not worry." He said and lifted me off my feet. I wrapped my legs around his torso as he kissed my lips. I had also missed this. But not more than I had missed Tanya. He pulled away from the kiss and i felt bad. He laughed as I got down. He seemed happy to have seen me. He laid a kiss on my forehead and I turned to his bare chest. I asked him where his tee-shirt was and he just shrugged. He really enjoyed making me have nowhere else to look, huh? I felt like stretching out and touching his chest. As if he could read my mind, he moved closer and raised his eyebrows at me. I just smiled and ran my hands up his chest. I felt his stare on my lips and before I knew it, he was hungrily kissing my lips. Jake never got tired of kissing my lips. He would do it whenever he felt like it. I never stopped enjoying these sudden kisses. Since he became my first kiss, I never wanted it with anyone else. " Selene!" No, no, no. Please tell me it is not who I think it is. I quickly pulled away from the kiss and turned to him. Jasper was looking at me in a surprised manner. He seemed upset. He took my hand and led me back into the house. He told Myles to watch me and left for the kitchen. I was tensed and he showed up a few minutes later. Please don't tell Myles. He gave me a stare and walked to the settee. He seemed like he was not bothered with what he saw. Then why would he separate the two of us? He must have a good reason. I observed him and he acted as if I was not there at all. Jasper's POV. I do not know why I had the strange feeling. I just left Myles and went out to check on my worst person and I found her kissing with Jake. The first thing that came to my mind was how careless she was. Jake? Of all people? Jake was famous for being a really good player and I'm sure Selene is aware and she just chooses to be ignore the fact. Myles was focused on the television. He did not bother to ask me why I asked him to watch Selene. I wish he did. I would have loved to break the news to him that his baby sister was playing around with Jake but I couldn't. Not until he asked me. I slowly turned to Selene, making sure she doesn't notice me this time. She was smiling. i scoffed and looked away. That evening when Myles and Selene had left, Jake approached me in my room and asked me not to tell Myles what I saw. I scoffed because I actually wish I had the chance to tell him of their secret relationship.I just nodded to make him happy.
