THE LITTLE GIRL

Lia had been running for so long her mind was just hinting to her to run to Canada. She didn’t know why, but she just assumed it was her wolf or the pain driving her. She had been thinking of the stupid things she and Zaya had done lately and just shook her head in despair.

She, the most feared person internationally, has just made the most stupid decision of her life and now she is regretting everything. Though there is no medicine for regret, she would have to face the music and maybe change the dance.As she ran at full speed, she saw a white flash from a distance but assumed it, thinking that she was just too tired.

Increasing her pace, and arrived where she was going to in another twenty minutes. When she saw the electric fence that she made when she was fifteen, she sighed heavily and relaxed. After that tiring run, she just wanted to fall down under one of the huge pine trees and fall asleep.

She entered the beautiful compound which was full of peculiar plants, trees and flowers. The fresh air was amazing and the wooden cabin standing near the entrance of the forest looked old but steady.

The huge white wolf shifted into a beautiful young woman with long white hair with blue and golden eyes.

Though she was breathtaking, the depressing aura coming from her was so heavy that some flowers and plants lost their vitality. She walked slowly towards the small cabin, lifting a rock on the way and picking up a golden key. When she reached the front pouch she went straight to the door and opened it. Her target was the washroom, then the bed.

Lia was deep in thought when she felt a sharp pain in her heart, it almost made her pass out. She got out of the tab as she crawled towards the towels folded in the cupboard. After wiping herself dry, she took a robe and put it on, then crawled all the way to the bed which was in the middle of the room.

She climbed the bed with a lot of effort and finally she lay down looking up at the ceiling. “ What’s wrong with us Zaya? Why is it so painful?” She asked her wolf. “ I think we were not supposed to reject them. I feel so weak and I can feel Pio’s and two other wolves in pain. It’s like we are being punished for what we did,” Zaya said in a weak voice.

Outside Lia’s compound, a little white flash could be seen from time to time. It was as if it was being chased. The little white flash ended up passing through the fence and collapsed immediately. It felt it was safe.

Lia woke up with a stat. The smell of blood was very strong so she decided to go check it out. She followed the smell of blood outside her house up until she reached her garden. She was startled by the sight of a bloody pup. Its coat was so white that it almost seemed silver. She approached the bloody pup hoping that it wasn’t dead.

After she reached close enough, she went down on her knees to feel the pup’s pulse and found it was there, but it was beating really slowly. Lia carried the little wolf carefully back to the house, she was panicking so much and didn’t stop to think why such a small pup had shifted already and it was too young to shift at that age.

In the house, she lay the pup on her bed and ran to fetch towels and a first aid kit. She had to save the little wolf. She felt connected to it and Zaya was also freaking out, which surprised Lia. “ Who is this? Why do I feel like I am about to loose someone important?” Lia asked worriedly as she cleaned the wounds on the pup and wiped the blood, leaving pure white fur behind.

After three hours of wiping, disinfecting and stitching, Lia finally relaxed and let out a tired sigh. Zaya, who was helping out by passing some of her strength to the pup, lost consciousness immediately.

In Blue Moon pack, Austin has been losing his wolf daily and he has stopped fighting him. Suddenly, Dev, his wolf, took over completely and, instead of the usual rampage, he ran out of the pack. It was like he was being pulled to a specific location. He ran non-stop until he reached Lia’s location. He shifted back to his human but didn’t allow Austin to take over. He walked towards the house and knocked on the door but nobody answered.

He became restless and decided to enter. He followed the sweet jasmine scent to the master bedroom and found Lia unconscious on the floor. That’s all it took for Dev to let Austin take over. When Austin woke up from the long ride, he found his ex-mate lying almost dead in front of him. He started to panic as he lifted her and lay her down on the bed next to the little pup.

“ What happened to her? We are losing her Dev. What do we do?” Austin said with tears in his eyes. “ Let’s try the mate bond to heal her wolf and see if it works.” Dev said, hoping that would work and wake her up. They needed her. Even if they just follow her from afar, they will be okay with that, but she can’t die. With Lia in between the pup and Austin, they started healing her. It was working slowly, but that was better than nothing.

Two days later, the pup woke up. She looked around and after seeing the two adult wolves cuddling, she was stunned. She let out a whimper which woke Austin up. He looked at the pup that was fully healed and wondered what was wrong. After a while, her stomach growled and it hit him that she was hungry, so before he left to look for food, he checked up on Lia and found her healing well. He let out a soft sigh and got out of bed. “ Watch her for a while, I will go get you something to eat.”

The little pup lay her little wolf's head on Lia’s stomach, it was warm and she loved it. She climbed on her stomach considering her small wolf which looked like a grown cat, she fit Lia’s stomach area perfectly. She lay down and started licking Lia’s belly button. After a while, giggling sounds could be heard. The little pup looked at Lia, who hadn’t woken up but was giggling in her sleep, so the little pup thought it was fun playing with the big warm pillow.

She licked the belly button thrice, then looked up to find Lia giggling with a happy smile on her face. This amused the little pup so much.

Austin, who was hunting, could feel her happiness. Dustin, who was running, almost tripped when he felt she was okay. Pio also woke up with a stat. He felt Zaya was healing though slowly. This made him happy and half of his strength recovered. He took over from Dustin and ran towards Canada. Rain following them.

Austin had found a big wild boar and was skinning it before he cut it into small pieces. He packed some of the steak and took the rest to the bedroom for the little pup, since it lost a lot of blood. She had to eat the meat raw to replenish some blood. The little pup was so happy when she saw the food and jumped from Lia’s stomach. Austin gave her the food and went back to sit next to Lia, who had a smile on her lips.

After the meal, the little pup went back to bed and fell asleep. Five hours later, Austin woke up only to find their king and a white-haired man looking at him weirdly. “ How did you guys enter this place?” Austin asked, startled. “ We have the key and that’s my twin sister you are spooning. If I am not wrong, you are the bastard mate from the Blue Moon pack.” Rain said, growling, and Storm was ready to beat him black and blue.

Dustin was relaxed, weirdly he was calm and looked at Lia with a warm look. “ Please move, I can heal her completely.” He said to Austin, who got out of bed and let Dustin take his place. After he sat down, Lia automatically moved closer and let out a soft sigh and called out to Dustin softly. This shocked both Austin and Rain, “ Go on big guy, use the mate bond to wake up Zaya and then Lia will wake up.” Rain said as he walked out of the room carrying the little pup to another room, leaving the two men in the room.

“ Why are you still standing there? Take the other side of the bed and help me heal her please.” Dustin says as he sleeps next to Lia, holding one of her arms. He used his fire elemental to shock Zaya awake, which helped immediately. Even though Zaya was weak, at least she was awake and could feel her two mates. She relaxed and let Pio and Dev in to help her heal so that Lia could wake up.

Two days later, Rain was busy in the kitchen preparing food for the little pup who had woken up with a growling stomach. What made Rain even more amused was the little pup’s little fetish of sleeping on his stomach during the night . Rain felt a bond between them, so he let her be, it was like she was their little sister. Anyway, he would take care of her until Lia woke up and explained everything.

After two days of constantly healing Lia, she finally woke up, more energetic than even Zaya. “ I will never do anything as foolish as rejecting my mates ever again, even if one of them is a murderer and the other is a jerk and an idiot.” Lia says when she opens her eyes and feels both of her mates beside her, though she can’t feel Xander she knows he couldn’t stay away for long. Their bond was just a freak of nature.
