DIVERGENT LYCAN KING

Year 1780 age 11, Gray, the name of the young Lycan, was outside helping his father name John he was an Alpha of the pack gathering wood for the fire. The rest was hunting for food. John was cutting down trees with an ax and chopping up the wood with the side of his hand. Gray was tossing wood to the back of the carriage attached to a donkey. John suddenly stopped with the ax in his hand, looking into the Woods Gray, what going on, dad, Gray shh don't move. John looked around and sniffed John told Gray I thought I smelled something I haven't seen in a while maybe it's anything maybe I'm just smelling stuff with a smile on his face let's get back to work Gray, dad what did you think you smelled. John tells Gray I will tell you later, "Let's get back to work after the carriage was full. John and Gray started to head back to the farm when they returned Gray said to John look, dad, they got food. The pack of nine lycan killed 2 deer John said that should feed us all tonight Gray asked his Dad can I go hunting next time John tells Gray maybe but right now we must unload the wood we gathered so we can have wood to cook the food Gray replied yes sir. After they unloaded the carriage, Gray went inside the house, while the others prepared the food to be cooked. Gray said, "Hey, mom." My name is Ruby." said," Go get cleaned up, then come help me set the table. " the men and women outside started to drink wine, and so was John while cooking the food. Gray is all cleaned up. He helps his mom set the table. Gray dad comes with two whole legs and tells Ruby the food is done. Ruby said, "About time I'm starving While smiling at John John, tell Ruby, "I do love you," Ruby said to John that just the wine talking John said maybe so then winks as he goes back outside. Ruby started to tear pieces of meat off of the legs and place them on wooden plates. Everybody was having a good time. Ruby brings a plate of food to Gray', then Ruby walks back to get the other plates. Gray tells mom thanks, mom. I love you, mom, with two plats heading back to the table, Ruby said I love without being able to finish her sentence. Ruby and Gray heard a scream and growling. Gray and his mom lock eyes on Ruby without hesitation, grab Gray places him in a hiding safe room, and mom tells Gray not to come out for no one. Gray didn't say anything he was scared and shocked. Gray can see his mom through a crack in the wall he is hidden in. Out of nowhere, His mom is screaming, holding her chest a sign of mate has died, everything went quiet outside, then a body busted through the front door, Ruby looked at the dead body on the floor she screamed no no no, it was her dead mate's headless body she falls to her knees next to John's body she is crying hysterically a vampire stepped through the doorway Gray not knowing what a vampire has seen this man walk into the doorway. His mom stood up from the dead body with rage fully Transform into a Lycan and charging the vampire. Vampire quickly grabbed Ruby by the throat, slamming her down on the table, with his other hand grabbed under her chin, ripping her head off. With tears rolling down, Gray faces, he sees the man looking around Gray, got a good look at the man's face a face he will never forget, and then the man steps out of the house. Gray stayed in the hiding spot for two days while still being able to see his headless mom and dad's dead body. After building up enough courage, he stepped out of his hidden spot where his mom put him with tears rolling down his face, passing his mom and dad, two lifeless bodies to go outside, to find no one survived headless bodies all over the ground heads was thrown into the fire.
