I am doing everything that my master has asked me to. To keep an eye on the prince, make sure that he chooses his daughter as his chosen mate, and make her his queen. But what he didn’t expect was the prince to bring back his fated mate, and kick Rochelle out of the palace, banning her from ever returning. He will be upset when I bring him the news.
I told Polly I had to be at home because my sister was unwell, so I hurried out of the palace. Getting into my battered Ranger, I drove an hour to the Livingston beach house, where my master told me he and his wife would be. The guards recognized my truck and allowed me through the gates, and I drove up to the side of the house, where I slipped in through the servants’ entrance, down to his study where he normally would be.
