I got awakened by the loud thug of something from the door. I opened my eyes and stretched my back. I sighed remembering my purpose and reason as to why I slept here.
I stretched my back and— that felt so good. I stood from the chair ready to step out and have a freshening bath— "Aaahh!" I stepped back when I saw my reflection with the mirror at the back of the door.
I fixed myself and stood straight looking at my face in the mirror. My hair. It was clipped with two ribbons. My cheeks turned pink thanks to the stuff that woman wear in their face— I balled my fist.
Whoever did this to me should be punished! And there's only one person I could think of. I turned the knob and stepped forward but I stepped back in horror when someone was in front of me.
I looked up and saw Julia smiling at me. She raised her hand and I saw papers. "Here. I finished the paper work you wanted me to do last night." She placed it on tip of the desk.
I lay back down in my seat and closed my eyes in frustration. I removed the ribbons from my hair and threw them down. "Were you—"
A cup of coffee appeared in front of me and I looked at it. "Before you roar at anyone today, calm yourself and drink this coffee I made you." She grabbed my hand making me carry the stupid cup. "Hm? Boong boong!"
Boong boong?
I rolled my eyes and wiped my cheeks with my bear palms. She walked away and the door closed itself. I stared at the coffee in my table and furrowed my brows inner. That girl really gives me a headache. Yesterday, she almost killed me!
I looked at the cup of coffee and noticed something peeking from the side. I turned it and saw a blue sticky note pasted over the cup. 'Smile. Frowning makes you old ;)'
I creased my brows and crumpled the note. I threw it to the bin next to the door and leaned back to my chair. "Uuuugh!" I squeezed myself together in anger. Old?! OLD?!
