Third person's POV Atlas woke up earlier that morning as he wasn't able to sleep, even though he didn't have up to three hours of sleep. All he wanted was to be at the gym so he could let out the anger and pain that flooded his mind after Harper's kidnap. He washed his face then tossed on his workout gear and headed for the gym with a bottle of water. When he got in, he stared at each of the equipment, trying to select the one that would tire him easily. If anything, he wanted to feel numb. He started with the treadmill, after deciding that he would use the dumbbell next. They were all too easy for him since he was used to them but he didn't mind driving himself till a tipping point.
