Ever since Harper went out with Adonis, I had become uncomfortable. My wolf became restless so I couldn't think or even concentrate on my workout.
I doubled the speed of the treadmill which was in my room and ran faster so that I would forget about everything. But I couldn't as memories of how I kissed her full and soft lips flooded my mind.
I felt happy remembering that I was the first man to have deflowered her. I was wrong about her in several ways; one of them had to do with her moral conduct, I used to think she was lose but acted innocent in the presence of my brothers and I.
The heat and desire to be with her again surged through me and that spurred me to run faster. When I couldn't go on anymore, I reduced the speed and stepped down so that I wouldn't burn out.
