Atlas's POV I knew that she wouldn't be sleeping over when she told me goodnight. All I wanted to do at that point was to plead with her to come and lay with me. But the hurtful look on her face showed that she wouldn't give me a listening ear. I regretted every word I said and if she would listen to me then I'd apologize and make amends. Living with Harper alone for roughly three months taught me that she didn't let go easily except the offender made an effort in pleading and that was what I'll do.
