CHAPTER ONE
Its a cold Sunday evening, and I just decided to take a stroll cause there's nothing I love most than nature.
As I put on my coat and step outside, I flinch as the cold air hit me hard and a tear escaped my eyes. I probably didn't expect to still cry even though my parents and only sister died 10 years ago but still, anytime I remember it I can't help but cry.
"Agggghhhrrrr" a mumbling sound came from a man in a dark alley. Although I didn't want to go, my legs dragged me there and I obliged.
"Oh my god...please.. *cough* ...stop your killing..m..me" the man continued to plead as I surveyed my environment. A young tall man held a knife to the throat of an old man.
"what the f**k! stop it, your...."
"Damn it Jason! you said no one would come here" the guy with the knife cursed while glaring at me.
"The old man is too loud Jayden so what did you expect?" Jason replied calmly as if they weren't just about to kill a man
"Get the girl while I kill the man" Jayden replied while I took off sprinting the moment I realised that I was "the girl" .
I'm still running not feeling the wind. I run till I see the old bizarre looking gate of mine and just as I was about to open it, I was grabbed from behind and the same moment a knife was put to my throat.
"please..." I chocked out with tears
"Shut up preety face" he replied rather calmly
"Such a pity I'd have to kill a preety thing like you" he sighed dramatically while I was already shaking with fear
"Then don't do it I beg of you... I'm... I'm too young to die right"
"Boss ordered me to do so darling, so..."
"Stop!" A voice that sounded like Jayden's interrupted making me sigh a sigh of relief.
"I thought you did that since?" He asked angrily
"I was about to when you came" Jason replied while I still stood almost tearing up again
"Well let's go cause that old man managed to call the police" Jayden replied while starting to move
"and the girl?"
"we take her with us" Jayden replied and with that I was dragged
"No please my little sister is in there" I lied hoping they'll buy the lie
"We'll come for her later so now move it" he scolded while quickening his pace
I had no other option than to break down in tears the moment I was put into their car. I cried till I couldn't cry anymore, so I just watched the trees through the window as we passed them till.....darkness engulfed me.
