Hours Apart, Together Forever
Rachel had heard a lot of complaints about a certain enormous online retailer, which wasn’t surprising. Name any giant corporation – or even organization – that didn’t screw a significant proportion of people over. But this one certainly did what it promised, at least in terms of overnight delivery. By noon her computer reported that everything she’d ordered the day before had already been delivered to the nearest post office. She could retrieve it all at her leisure.
Rachel was eager to do so for more reasons than the obvious. Besides the carnal fun and comfort of having Alex in her bed again, just the trip into town promised to be momentous.
