I’ve never been so desperate for money like this. I’ll do anything to get that 120K. I just want to disown my family like never existed.
I wake up and get ready because I have a client. I walks to the kitchen. I’m staving . I didn’t eat anything yesterday. I was too angry to eat .
I found Lee getting ready to go to work.
Me : hey Lee, good morning .
She raise her head and looks at me.
Her : good morning sweetheart, how are you feeling today ?
Me : I need money.
That’s how I feel for real. In my mind, there’s no space for anything but money.
Her : I’m sorry, I wish I was rich. I would have helped you.
Me : you won’t be rich because you always go to work late . What time is it?
She chuckles.
Her : it’s time for you to relax because the supervisor is my friend.
Me : that’s good, please tell him to hire me.
She’s working as a chef in a hotel. They travel a lot , that man’s hotels are almost everywhere.
Her : you can’t even cook an oats. What makes you think he’ll hire you.
I laughs at the oats part . I remember last month , she invited her girlfriend. She’s a lesbian by the way. I cooked oats for them in the morning . I even added baking powder to make it spicy . She was so embarrassed on my behalf .
Me : you’ll teach me.
Her : you want a job or a money?
Her phone rings , she walks out. I get ready for my first client of a day .
This is my third and best client of the day . She’s so rich and sweet.
She made me do her hair. What a bonus . I don’t do hair, I’m only dealing with the make up but she took a risk and asked me to do her hair. She believed in me.
It's so hard to find clients like her . You guys are bully. You treat us like trash .
Her : I’ve been following you on i********: for a month. You are very good at this.
Me : thank you so much.
Her : my hair looks beautiful.
I smiles looking at her in the mirror. She’s very beautiful like a doll .
Me : you looks so beautiful . I didn’t trust myself.
Her : you always do your hair when you are going somewhere and you always looks so beautiful.
Me : thank you.
The tall guys walks in.
Him : be fast , we only have one hour left .
Then he walks out. No greetings no nothing. Yhuuu ay man . he’s an asshole .
Girl: please don’t mind him , he’s going through something. He needs a surrogate.

Her : someone who can carry a child for him .
Me : ohhh , I thought he was married .

Her phone vibrates . She groans .

Her : you can use the bathroom upstairs in the third door.
I nods . She walks , I follow her . I see her brother enters one of the rooms upstairs . I quickly walks up.
I knocks once .
“ come in . “
He shouts . I pushes the door and walks in . He raises his head , he frowns when her realize it’s me .
Me : hey .
Him : hi .
Me : my name is Luchumo. I’ll like to be your surrogate.
He clears his throat.
Him : a surrogate?
Me : yes , your little sister told me that you need a surrogate .
Him : ok , you can leave your number.
He’s still frowning like he’s not sure . He hand me his phone .
I quickly write it down .
Me : thank you .
He nods , I quickly walks out . My heart is beating fast .
