“Is she okay now?” I asked Harrison in a sleepy voice when he woke me up. I slowly sat up, still in half sleep.
“She is much better now, Ms. Carter. It’s already so late. You can go and sleep. Mr. Jackson asked me to stay here tonight and take care of Ms Rachel tonight.” He told me and I furrowed my brows.
My mother never let any man stay in our home in the night specially.
She would infuriate if she sees Harrison here after waking up.
“He told me that he sent a message to you.” he added further and I looked for my phone, my eyes were still half closed.
“Here.” I looked in front of me and smiled sheepishly before taking my phone.
I opened it and surely, he sent a few messages to me including telling me that Harrison would stay tonight.
