For the next fifteen minutes, we concentrated on our game, and stopped talking. I was a transfer student, and because of my previous achievements in this game, I was appointed as the captain while the previous captain, Ralph, became the vice-captain.
We had some problems in the beginning, but now we were in perfect synchronization and determined to win this competition as it would be our last competition before graduating from school.
Ralph’s family was in real estate, but Ralph, as the second son of the family, had the choice to choose his career if he didn’t want to join the business.
His goal was to join the national team, and I was envious of him because of that, because his family supported his decision.
