“Where are we going?” Aeribela asked as they walked quickly through the forest.
Every time she spoke, it reminded him of her lips and the kisses they'd shared. He wanted to go back for more. Digging his fingers into the palms of his leather gloves, he told himself to remain focused. Stay on the task, get her the books, make her leave, then life would go back to normal.
