"Are you sure this is where Nash said to go?" Vik asked Baldwin.
Baldwin grunted, then questioned, "Why must you question everything I say?"
"Because you say stupid s**t sometimes," Vik said with a shrug.
Baldwin let out an odd sound that Vik recognized as frustration, then he said, "I say the truth.
How can that be stupid?"
Vik pushed the sticker bush limb from him and let it go as Baldwin came up from behind.
"Ouch, damn it, be careful," Baldwin hissed.
Vik smiled without looking at the man. "Oops, my bad."
They were making their way through the rough trail when Vik's phone rang. "Hey there, chief."
"Have you found him?" Nash practically growled.
