Cyrus was furious. I had never seen him like this before. Jason held me gently against him on the sofa, a blanket resting on my body as I pressed my cheek against his hard chest, trembling involuntarily. A towel was pressed against my arm to stop the bleeding. Jason’s hand stroke my hair gently but the look on his face was gloomy. “Did you find anyone? No. Search. I don’t care. Just search every corner of the area.” Cyrus barked to his phone, “Listen, Arron. I don’t give a f**k about drills or how many unites you’re gonna station. I need that piece of s**t to be found immediately. Or none of you need to show up in my office tomorrow!” My mouth fell open as I heard Cyrus’s voice. He sounded so unfamiliar when he cursed… I didn’t even know he was capable of cursing… He was the leader
