The Chosen Alpha

The moon was shining and the stars were glittering in the night sky. Laura and her mate Andrew were trying to protect their son and pack from the rogue king and his rogue army. The midnight pack was destroyed with collapsed buildings and injured wolfs and pups. Laura, the luna of the midnight pack and Alpha Andrew managed to escape into the woods with their son Adrien but the rogue king and his army were pursuing them. Laura suggested they take Adrien to the human world and leave him there to grow with the humans. Andrew was at a loss of ideas to save his son so he agreed to Laura's request. They changed directions and headed towards to barrier which separates the human world from the supernatural world. They changed into their wolf forms and ran faster towards the barrier. As they reached the barrier, they transformed back into their human forms before going through it. They hid behind bushes to put on clothes they had prepared in advance. After dressing up they cradled Adrien and walked up to the porch of a house, said their goodbyes to him and left him there. They then ran back into the barrier. Once inside the barrier, they realised the rogue kings army had surrounded them. With no way out, they decided to fight to the death. And with that in mind transformed into their wolves and took on the army head on but the army was too strong for them to handle alone.They were weak and had sustained many injuries.The army landed a finishing blow and they laid on the ground, their bodies cold and lifeless.
