Laying down on the bed naked starting to drift off to sleep. I got under the cover and before I passed out from exhaustion, I pray to the Moon Goddess that I will have a better practice day tomorrow.
Waking up very early in the morning because i was feeling quite nauseous. I haven't felt this nauseous in days, maybe is me stressing so much lately.
I quickly got up and made my way to the bathroom. Once walking into the bathroom the pressure of my food was coming up. Making it tonthe toilet just in time as everything came up.
Seating on the floor as I was hovered over the toilet just in case I wasn't finish throwing up yet. The cold floor provided me comfortable for the moment.
