“I don’t think that you should go there alone,” Ariel said to me in a worried tone. “Who said that I am going alone?” I asked her in confusion while lying next to her on the hospital bed. “Who else other than Hunter is going with you then?” she asked me in a confused tone this time.
I smiled and wrapped my hand around her waist, moving myself closer to her. The bed was not wide enough for both of us, but I didn’t want to sleep without her. “You are going with me, my love. I can’t leave you alone,” I told her and she blinked while looking at me.
