The Rejected mate

Today happens to be my birthday. A voice woke me up saying. ‘’Happy birthday my princess. Get up, today is the day you get to meet your Mate’’. It was my mum's voice. With joy on my face. I quickly get up from my bed to freshen up, to join the rest of the family downstairs. I am a little bit of a nerd so I don't like partying. I put on a lovely favorite pink dress Mum got for me for my birthday with black leather shoes. Trust me I look so beautiful on this day.’’How do I look Mom’’. I asked as I walked out of my closet. ‘’You look amazing. Now come downstairs. Your brothers, Alex and Neal, will be having a friend over.’’ I'm going to get some groceries” will be back soon princess. Mum said. She walked through the door and left. I was so happy because it was my birthday and have got a lot of gifts to unbox later in the day.” Mum said we are expecting a guest”. I asked my brothers. “He is on his way” Alex replied. “Who is he”. I asked. Neal replied “he is our friend, I bet you don't know him. I said okay and left. I went upstairs to greet Dad because I hadn't seen him since I woke up. I was told he was in his office. I went straight to his office. I knocked on the door, he said “Come in princess I know it's you”. I rushed inside to hug him. I could tell he was happy to see me. He wished me a happy birthday, and he handed me a gift. I was so happy. I collected the gift and went inside my room to keep the gift Dad gave me. The doorbell rang. I think that's the guest we are expecting. I quickly dropped the gift and went downstairs. Neal opens the door. The person at the door happened to be Erick. Erick is the school’s biggest player And a bad boy. Erick is a Young tan-skinned guy. About 6’4ft tall, putting on a blue cotton shirt and black jeans trouser with a brown leather sandal. He has brown hair and a golden brown eyeball color. Alex said to him, “Erick this is Selene our only sister”. We shook hands and greeted each other like we never knew each other. He looked charming. “Come in and have a sit, Erick”. I said to him. He sat on the couch facing the television in the living room. I went to get him water. And I asked if the boys needed anything. They all demanded pizza. “What type of pizza do y’all want?” Erick looked up at me in the eyes. It was like nothing else in the world. “6 pepperoni pizzas! “ Alex yelled. I looked away from Erick. I went into the kitchen and called the pizza place. About 15 minutes later Erick walked in. “ if you mention to anyone I'm your mate, I will make your life a living hell. With tears in my eyes, I run to meet Dad in his office. I heard a voice crying. I opened the door to see Dad’s face in his hands crying. I shut the door behind me. “Daddy is anything the matter.? Is the pack okay”.? At this point, I'm worried And have a lot of questions to ask. He looked up at me and held his arms open. I walked over to them. “Your mum is gone, princess. Some bad angels from another pack got her.” he sobbed with tears rolling down his cheek. I started crying immediately because Mum is my only best friend, she's dead And now Erick's rejection.? “I'm so sorry I couldn't stop them, princess. I want you to pack your bags And move to your uncle's pack for the main time baby.” He said. “No problem Dad I was going to ask anyway. I got rejected, Daddy”. I cried to him, he hugged me And consoled me. I left his office in about an hour And went to my room. I packed my clothes my shoes, personal things and a picture of me, my brothers And my parents and went downstairs. A truck is already waiting for me outside. He mutters. We head back to the kitchen. “I thought you were a nerd and you are comfortable partying. There is something wrong with this. Jules simper. “It's fun besides I'm a nerd. As to why I'm comfortable I’ve been to a party before.” I rolled my eyes. We danced, kissed, and drank all through the night until 5 a.m. Then we went home. My alarm starts ringing at 8 a.m. I threw it against the wall and it broke. My head beat a lot. Jules opened the door. “Hello my name is Roy And that's my son Jules. I am the Alpha you are going to be living with. What's your name?” The driver asked. “My name is Selene Kane. I want to train with your pack if that's allowed”. I said And looked out the window watching everything I grew up with go by. Jules smiled And looked at me. “I will train you, Selene, and you coming to a party with me tonight,” I mumbled thanks. We got to my new home, it was almost 7pm. We relaxed for about 10 minutes, then got changed for the party. Jules made me wear a silk short dress and contact lenses. We got to the party. It was bubbling and noisy, at the party we got a shot.
