CHAPTER FOURTEEN
Rowe didn’t think, he just dived for Vi, reaching for any part of her as she disappeared from sight. He was too far away and moving too fast. He tumbled over the edge of the ravine right after her. For a moment, their eyes met in the air, and his certainty about their fate was reflected in her eyes.
They were going to die.
A wave of regret washed over him. He didn’t want to die before he could claim his mate.
