"You really have the nerve to still show up and act like you did nothing."
I lifted my gaze and met Jacqueline's eyes, Kade's mother. Even at her age, she still exuded a commanding aura just like Kade's. Before I could even explain myself, a slap resounded in the hall. My cheek burned in pain.
"Pack up and leave, Reyna." She took a step closer. "Or else you will find your face on every cover page of articles. Do you want that?"
I shook my head with my head down.
"Good. Leave and disappear just like what happened three years go. Never come back," she added. "You are nothing, but an embarrassment."
I nodded as I took a step back and walked towards the exit.
"Since you're so adamant that I disappear, then tell your son to divorce me as soon as possible."
