The beeping sounds pierced my ears. Could someone turn it off? Seriously… My body… Why does it feel too heavy to move? Slowly, I opened my eyes. The first thing that came into sight was the rays of the sun passing through the tall windows. The scent of antiseptic made me think that this was the hospital. However, I couldn’t be too sure since the room was too luxurious to be a hospital. My eyes darted to the side. There were some monitors next to my bed and the very source of that annoying beeping sounds. Clearly… This wasn’t my room in Georgia. Beyond the tall windows looked like a well-kept garden with tall hedges shaped into cute little round trees. Again, it proved that this wasn’t Georgia. Wait… If this wasn’t Georgia, then where the hell was I? Why was I in an unfamiliar room?
