Ember's POV
I lay on the bed looking out through the window as I thought of our Journey. At the moment, I was shocked, there was nothing I could do actually.
I didn't know that he was an Alpha and he didn't tell me. Besides, Damian has said that being an Alpha was not an achievement so I was quite surprised.
Though I wanted to know why that was, I kept everything to myself. Shaking my head I turned around and looked around.
I wasn't able to sleep and even though I was tired, the sleep refused to come. No matter how much I tried I wasn't able to sleep.
Shaking my head, I sat up and looked out through the window, I could see the moon from here.
It was surely beautiful and for a moment, I loved it. Yeah, I loved it, but then I couldn't have it. The moon was far away from my reach.
