A glint flashed in my eyes as I looked at the man pressing the cold blade on Ember's neck. He was going to kill her if I didn't yield.
But then did he think I was easy to threaten? Who the hell did they think they were? For a moment, I felt as though my dignity as an Alpha was challenged and I wanted to tear them to pieces.
But then I knew if I let Ian out, he wouldn't be able to distinguish between enemies and friends and would directly kill everyone present. Besides he was in a slumber so it was not a good choice to force him awake.
