"You are not going to harm that girl, Asher!" The old man's voice boomed and immediately I felt the pressure on me disappear and the old man appeared right in front of me and grabbed Alpha Asher's outstretched arms.
I couldn't help but shiver to see this. The two were insanely powerful and I knew that if not for the old man helping me, I would have long been captured by Alpha Asher.
At that moment, a doubt couldn't help but arise in my heart as I wondered if Damian would be able to help me. Though I knew he was strong, I had never seen him fight.
"Ember, you shouldn't space out at a time like this, you need to get out of here." The old man's voice came, bringing me out of my thoughts.
