Bosses assistant

Chapter 5

My mom let me use her red SUV so I can be on time for this job interview. I still did not know what job called me but I was too happy, I needed a good job to get out of here. Hope. 

I pull up to the address, I look around but it looked like a house. I get out, and I smooth my blue dress down. I get to the door and before I can knock on it someone opens it. It was a tall black-haired man smiling, "Anna King I'm guessing?"

I nodded, "Yes."

He opens the door more for me to walk in, "Please come in and have a sit, the boss be right with you." He walks to some doors and walks in and closed the door behind him.

I  take this time to make sure my hair was still up in a nice bun, I made sure my make up was good. I looked at my hands that were on my lap when the doors open back up, "The boss likes to see you know, Miss. King."

"Oh, one more thing. He is on vacation so if he is drinking, I apologize." He told me. I nodded and walked in.

The lights in the room were blue and white. I look around and I see a desk but no one there. I move my head to the right and there was someone sitting in a chair, what I can see he has black hair and maybe even tall. 

"Boss, Miss. King here to see you." The man said and walks out of the room and close the door.

I did not know what to do, should I talk first? Or what until he..I got pulled out of my thoughts when the man in front of me turns around in the chair, he had a 3 price black suit on. His eyes were sexy, dam he was sexy, hot. I don't think I ever saw anyone this sexy before. 

He was looking at me smiling, and hell I was just looking at him. I had to make sure to keep my mouth closed or my mouth falls open. 

he sat there looking at me for a good 5 mins before he told me to take a sit. 

I nodded and did what he told me to do.

"So, this is a little funny." He said.

"I needed to take a trap and get out of the office for a little when I got a call telling me that my assistant has passed away. I tell them to fax over the people that have to apply and what do I find someone from Florida applied, and I happen to be in Florida."

I smiled, "That is funny."

Now I know this job was in Florida, this is one of the jobs I apply for out of the USA, but what one is it? I only apply for 3 jobs and 2 of them were in the same place.

"So, where are you from if you're not from Florida?" I asked him, he was still looking at me, like I was something special to him. 

"Finland."

I nodded, ok so that was one of the places I did apply two times. This is funny.

"So, Anna. Is it ok to call you Anna?" He asked

"Yes, Anna is just fine," I told him smiling looking down at the floor. His eyes were looking right at me, and something inside of me did not want to move my eyes away, but he was so sexy and he may end up being my boss.

"So, Anna when can you start? We going to be leaving tomorrow going back home."

Tomorrow? Wow.

"First let's talk money. You will have your own car. You have a desk in my office. You will be working closely, and I mean closely to me. You will end up going everywhere I go. Unless I tell you to stay. There is something in this business no one needs to know but me." He told me.

What other things in this business no one needs to know? Ok. That was a little off.

"You will have a room in my house for you to stay in. When I say you be working close to me I mean it. This job is all most a 24-hour job. You have your times off yes, but most of the time we are going to be together."

I nodded, my own room in his house? My desk in his office, am going to be with him all day and night? I don't know about this.

"That sounds so great," I told him but he put his hand up and I stopped talking

"How about we start you off at $5,00 a week? And as you get better you can have so much more money."

My mouth fell open, "$5,000?" 

He looks at me, "Your right, that's too little, we make it $8,000 and a new car every 2 months."

My mouth still opens, "Um, wow. Um, I don't know..I'll have to think about that." 

"I see you still live with your mom and dad? Do you have sisters and brothers?"

I guess he doesn't like to be told no, or I'll have to think about that. "Yes, I have 4 other sisters and brothers. I'm the last one in the house, and I like to move so it gives my mom and dad some time to them. The raise 5 kids and I know my mom and dad are ready for a house that is not full of people." 

He nodded, "Ok, how about this too. I like you this much, I'll send you mom and dad money one time a month and I can fly you back here two times a month to see them. That better?"

I don't know what I was thinking when I jumped up from the chair and told him I'll start working for him now if he needed me too. 

He smiled at me when I did that and told me no, I can start when we get back to Finland, but for now, go say my goodbyes and meet him back here at 8 a.m. tomorrow.

I nodded and walked out and got in my mom's car and drove home to tell her all about it.
